HERMAN MUNSTER GOES TO AFGHANISTAN

While the President stalls on the request for more troops in Afghanistan, Herman Munster decided to head over there and assess the situation for himself. Actually it was Herman Munster look alike, Senator John Kerry, the new self appointed military strategist in Washington D.C.

Who is this guy kidding? He had his assessment of the situation written before the plane landed in Afghanistan. When he returns to face the press he proclaims that General McChrystal's plan calling for 40,000 more troops goes "too far too fast" and it's too soon to tell if we have a willing partner in this situation. Maybe his report will get him a seat around the table in Obama's war room but I suspect there's a lot of soldiers on the front lines that would like to put him on road patrol for IED'S.

Once again Kerry gets his chance to sell out his country and the military in order to get face time on the news. I seriously doubt one week in Afghanistan makes you an authority on ground conditions with the knowledge to reject General McChrystal's request for troops. Go home John and find some more medals to throw away.

  1. Kerry's a traitor to his country and military.
If he could have found a way to get the medal of honor for himself he would. The best he could do is protray himself as a JFK type of hero. Swift Boat John is a loser.

  4. I wish that more Constitution-defending patriots would start mentioning the following where proposed Obamacare is concerned.

Given that the federal Constitution is silent about public healthcare, the 10th Amendment automatically reserves government power to regulate and lay taxes for healthcare to the states, not the Oval Office and Congress.

In fact, if Pelosi were honest with herself about the federal government having no constitutional authority to regulate healthcare, given her oath to defend the Constitution she should know that she needs to do the following as required by Article V. Pelosi needs to rally Congress to propose an amendment to the Constitution which would authorize Congress to regulate healthcare. Then three quarters of the states would have to ratify the amendment if the states chose to do so; the states can choose not to ratify such an amendment.

The bottom line is that Pelosi's proposed federal healthcare plan is just another example of the corrupt, Constitution-ignoring, Democratic-controlled Congress wrongly usurping state powers.
