This entire show is rife with more drama than the best writers in the world could ever muster, and a farce that would make the Keystone Cops creators green with envy.

Obama's obvious obsequiousness on all fronts would be comical in less deadly circumstances, and I am befuddled at the lack of incredulity by the media and even the opposition party. Sometimes I feel that the Republicans look at Obama as the 90 pound weakling begging for a beatdown and fear the perception of a bully taking advantage.

But Obama's goal was clearly to assuage every opponent of Gitmo, and it is now embarrassing that a Harvard Law School graduate has exposed himself as the inferior of "My Cousin Vinny" in the arena of legality.

KSM was never Mirandized. He was held for years with no legal counsel. He was "tortured". (Please) He was denied a speedy trial, and his case was poisoned by the very people who sought to restore foreign faith in The American Justice System. Even I could buy a matchbook law degree and have this case dismissed.

And the Muslim audience who was to be so impressed by Obama's magnanimity? They not only laugh until their sides split, they see the weakness that affords ever more opporunity.

Mistrial is absolutely right. I have no doubt in my mind this was a calculated move by our so-called "constitutional scholar" President. He knows damned well he poisoned the well and there will be no way these islamofascist thugs will ever get a "fair" trial in this country. Personally, the fact that we are even giving them a trial is an atrocity - but - Obama just gave the terrorist's defense attorneys a great big present.

Can you say MISTRIAL? This case would now be thrown out of court because of Robert Gibb's statement that he would most likely be executed. Think of it. In civil court that is grounds for dismissal.
